last week we blocked out our hotel for wedding guests. We blocked the Marriott and got an AMAZING price!!

when do they suggest you do this?

we are wanting to block rooms at the marriot in uniondale.

i think it depends on how many OOT guests you have. The hotels i called all had rates for me and i started calling after the year mark. if you have a lot of OOT guests than you can supply them with the info now and also include it in your invites. They usually release the rooms 1 month prior to your wedding date so the sooner your guests who may book know about it the better
