Another Levittown- MacArthur HS
$449 but has been expanded
This is down the block from where I grew up- the owners added on to the upstairs and the front. The backyard faces Abbey Lane school- it is VERY close which may or may not be a bad thing. HS is MacArthur. It is very close to Gardiners Ave which is a busy street but nothing like Hemp. Tpke.
IMO the price leaves a bad taste in my mouth BUT I see little unexpanded Levitt capes for $350, which is what another neighbor got for hers (and no garage on her property either!). If anyone wants to know more about the area shoot me an FM.
