its time for us to get ours! we're getting married in oakdale, i live in massapequa, do we have to go to oakdale town hall? and is the town hall open on the weekends? ive heard people say they have to take off from work to do this??

You can go to any Town Hall in NY state.
They're only open M-F during normal business hours.

You can go anywhere...Islip town hall is right on Main Street....or a town hall near you is fine!

I actually think that the Islip Town Hall is open late until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays! I just read it on their website a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure how accurate that info is. You may want to call first.
