If im just adding his last name to my last name, do i still need to change name on my passport...I just got my new passport last may.....

I don't think you need to change your name on your passport, but I would double check with your travel agent or wherever you can get a passport just in case.

Do not change your name on your passport, you wont have your papers until a month after the wedding so it can cause complications. Just leave it as is and about a month or so after you receive your documents you can change your info. But for the HM you wont need it if you are leaving soon after. I am changing last name completely but leaving passport as is for hm

Yes you do.
It takes a while to change your passport...def need to do it after your HM because you need to send away your original.
