Re: another swan club question
I know the Garden room has the Pavillion for the cocktail hour room, and the Camelot has the room that is attached to it, I know there is an outside area, I think that is where it is.
If you go to the website to the virtual tours, and choose the waterfall view, or the foot bridge view you will see what area I am talking about.

Re: another swan club question
if you have the contessa room or camelot room [the small room or the biggest room respectively] you DO have a sep. CH room. if my mind serves me right, the garden room has no sep. room, at least that is what I was told.
the CH room for the contessa room is the patio area...which has the sides that enclose it for rain and they do have heaters.
the CH room for the camelot room is the far room on the end...i can't recall the name.

FYI
If you are having your ceremony in the Pavillion, you may want to avoid the Garden Room. They set up the cocktail hour before your ceremony in the back of the room and cover it with white linens. We are having our ceremony in the Pavillion, reception in the Camelot Room and our cocktail hour is in the Terrace Room (the big one on the end that looks like a green house) Pic Below:

there is also a small patio area outside the terrace room, so I was told if it was nice the guests could go outside, but since its july and will be hot, most will want to be insidein the AC
