Antonella (MOONMIST) Inspired me

Her vent about her shower made me realize I was being too damn nice. I had actually said ok begrudgingly to the May date.

I just emailed my MOH and asked if there was ANY way it could be in April (she had just placed the deposit yesterday).

She said she will try to see if the place will let her switch to April 10th.

PLEASE PRAY THEY WILL LET US!!!



I really don't want it in may...I will have SO much to do then and Vegas alone swallows up a long weekend....

i'm glad i inspiried you to speak up! since you know about it, i'm so glad you told her and got it off your chest! there is no reason they can't change it for any other weekend in April!

I have been nice and laid back thru this whole process and I should've been more vocal about what I want so that's my fault as well.

I just hope they will let her switch

I know, and it's not fair for my BM's who have to drive from DC to have to drive a month later too.

And I LOVE my bms but this also means they would be staying with FH and me that whole weekend and I just don't have the time to host at that point!

It was difficult to find a place that was a compromise between my NYC friends and FH's NJ family so we picked a place in Hoboken. That way my friends in the city can just take the PATH train and NJ people can drive.

ughhh.. Alright, I'll deal...

if it was me, i would try to find another place in and or around that general vicinity. that can't be the only nice, reasonably priced place around, and since its still so far away and just a restaurant, that place should be able to refund her money. just sayin.

My shower is July 14th and my wedding is July 16th!

Thanks, antonella~ i need some of your fighting spirit. I'm just going to deal...just means i have to get everything done that I need to as early as possible

thanks chica, I'mjust going to deal with it. I think MOH has her own issues going on and I don't want to make it more stressful for her. My BMs are in DC so already she's handling the bulk of the planning so I'm gonna be a greatful girl and suck it up!
