Yeah!! How much planning do you have done? What have you booked so far? I feel like I am SO ahead of the game just gathering ideas and checking out sites and vendors!

The only vendor I haven't booked is the florist. I am waiting for November to do that. I have the favors, toasting flutes, Save the dates, tiara, place card frames, candelabra, unity candles and fans (outdoor ceremony). I just recently ordered my dress for fear it may get discontinued. I'll just hold off on the alterations.

Hey Girls!!!
JUNE 24, 2006.....I am getting married at RUssos on the Bay....I booked Pedestals florist...thats all I did....I cant wait to start doing everytihng....I want to start now...but everyone is like you have so long... blah blah blah!

I have not booked a thing YET! Recently engaged (7-18-04) and know I want to wed in July 06, and hope to set the date, bok church and hall within the next 30 days!!!!!

I do know that I want Patken for Photo and Video. They come HIGHLY recommended from 2 friends weddings (1 is my MOH)!

Just wanted to tell the 2006 brides, you are not booking your vendors too soon! Dont let people discourage you. It is very smart to lock in 2004 prices!!!

Hi!!! We haven't booked anything yet, I'm still looking at reception halls.. I went to see the Riviera in Massapequa today, and loved it!!! So many choices!!!

Hi Girls! March 31, 2006...We have the Church booked & hall (Floral Terrace) I know we are using ADA for pictures, just have to get there to do it...ALso going to be using Pedestals(my cousin works for them)...It is just a question about a band or DJ....

I absolutely agree with you. It's great locking in prices now since everything always goes up. You also are pretty much guarenteed that your first choice of vendors are available, and you get 2 years to pay it off.

I have only booked my caterer (Eastwind). I am looking around for other vendors but wasn't going to book until Jan. 05. That still gives me 18 months. That's enough time, right?

i am! i am! either august or november, we cannot decide. fh does not want august b/c it is too hot, but i think if its cheaper, then we just sweat it out.

I'm April 29, 2006. So far I have the Hall (Inn at East Wind) and the DJ (Tommy's Tunes, Joe E) and our Videographer (Premiere Video). We are starting on our search for a photographer.
