You can put 0%, 3%, and even 5% for some loans. Maybe a 0% down loan is good for you and you can use the wedding $ to buy stuff you need for the new place or use it towards closing costs. Just an idea if you can afford the motgage.

My sister borrowed $10K from her FIL's for their house and payed them back after their wedding with wedding gifts. Is there someone you can borrow from? Or like Valentinegirl said maybe you can put less $ down?

Look into your retirement plans. NOT a good idea, but if you are desperate, some plans offer a loan or you can tke it all out depending on certain things, like if it's your first home and how long the $ was in the account, if your employer allows it, etc.
