We are getting married 5/23/14 at East Wind. Are there any other East Wind brides here?
My colors are purple light and dark im in the Estate my rate is $199 ive booked 20+ rooms so far they said its a bit cheaper for Friday night-- do u ladies have a tasting before u booked? I am just staying in the free room for our wedding night as of now idk if i want to spend more for the space.. for 100 bucks i think i get like a bit more space but i am not getting ready there
No...I had them put on my contract 'pending tasting'...I'm going to the showcase on June 6th..Jeff told me that there will be some food there. I'm getting a regular room too since I won't be getting ready there..The regular rooms are very big though..bigger than a standard hotel room in case anyone is getting ready there.

East Wind Ladies-- what is 'Premium Brand Liquor?' what does that include and what beers are included? Making my first payment this week and want to make sure I fully understand EVERYTHING!
My brother got married at East Wind this past november and some of our family stayed in their rooms, but a bunch of us stayed over at the Indigo Hotel, i loved it there, definitely worth checking out, the price was better than the east wind, and is only a few minutes away, my brother got a shuttle that took guests back and forth, they included it in the limo package. (and the indigo hotel is right next door to the tanger outlets so your guests can go shopping!)
I am going to my high school prom here (where I am a guidance counselor) Thursday night!! We have the main room both sides for 500+ people! I'll let you gals know what I think although a prom is not the best way to judge it I am sure

Hey! Yes I was on the 2013 board but we had to change our date to 5/23/14. :)
oh really? lol Yea I keep getting emails congratulating me on my wedding from theknot.com and all. I guess I should go and change it all. lol
Estate Brides they started updated the bridal suite! New curtains and couches!! Hoping they continue with the updates I love anything new :)

Does anyone know if the showcase on Thursday is free if you've already booked at east wind? And how many people you can bring?
yup! you and your FH and then 2 more extra people so 4 people total! Last one had a full cocktail hour with some speciality stations!! I have brought 3 people before just as your BM.
