Any fellow Giorgio's Brides out there?

Hello Ladies! Wondering if you could help me out. If your a fellow bride getting married at Giorgio's or know anyone who has. I'm almost at the 8 month mark and starting to think the way I planned it all in my head isn't going to work. I wanted to have my bridal party at the hotel we want to book the night before guys and girls - Have hair and make up come to the hotel for the girls and then we shuttle over to Giorgios to get dressed and then the boys can shuttle over to Giorgios to get dressed after we are already there. We only have one photographer so I'm hoping he'll be able to get both parties getting ready in the morning since the boys have less to do and can start later. I'm having an 1130am ceremony and we can only get there at 830 so I want hair and makeup done before then so we have plenty of time for the first look and family pictures. Anyone doing it differently? I'm finished with all the big stuff and now that I'm into the little stuff I'm starting to go crazy and worry about everything that can go wrong haha
