YAY! I love DUET!!! I'm using Jay's team - I had my engagement pictures last night - I can't wait to get them back (2-3 weeks) - I am so excited!!
I totally understand, I am so worried about the cocktail hour too – that is my only concern. We both fell in love with the place right when we walked in, and we had a mini tasting before we booked and the food is so, so, so GOOD!! I am hoping that I have 180-200, but we are inviting around 250 but I know of 20 that are not coming.
I’m so happy to talk to other hamlet willow creek brides!!!

Awww! I just went there today and we loved it! Unfortunately, there are only 3 sat left for next summer :( The only other thing that I was really hoping for was an outside ceremony. Besides that it was beautiful and had so much to offer!

Hey girls... I had a question and thought I'd just add on to this thread... does anyone know if we get votives on the tables? and if so, how many? what about the cocktail tables and around the bar or anything? thanks!

I don’t think that there are votives on the tables – if I remember correctly I think that they have fake flowers on the tables in the foyer / cocktail hour area – as for the bar room off the patio, I‘m not sure. . . . . sorry I'm not much help!

Thanks! You would think with my wedding 2 1/2 months away I would be more on top of this! Just finalized the flowers so I was going to ask soon. The florist wants a fortune to do it!!!

Hey girls... she e-mailed me back and said they do NOT give us votives. But if we want them she would suggest getting 3-5 votives for the ballroom tables and she does not think the cocktail tables need any.
Seems like the prices are good, they include the candles and the votives... im thinking about getting 144 for $79.

Thanks for the info. My florist suggested 4 votives per table. I have to get the long burning candles which last 7-8 hours. The regular ones don't last long enough for the whole reception.

Good point, i didnt even think about making sure they last long enough! the ones on that website say they last 10 hours.
