Any have a Chocolate Fondue Recipe that does not use heavy cream?

Any have a Chocolate Fondue Recipe that does not use heavy cream?

My friend use to have one and it was a semi-low calorie one because it used FF Evaporated milk or FF condensed. She can't really remember...wonderful! Can anyone help?

I think all you have to do is substitute the heavy cream with the FF evaporated milk or even FF milk. If you like you can even use FF half/half.

Just make sure to let the milk simmer a little bit so it can thicken up and then add the chocolate.

Thanks!! I tried one the other day yuk!!! I am going to try what you both said....Thanks!!!! My kids love Fondue but I am on a diet trying to keep us both happy!!
