Re: Any LIMO Co's you would NOT use?
I think you see positive and negative posts on EVERY VENDOR. Don't get frightened!!! I think the ONLY vendor I haven't seen anything bad about is Imagine Studios....
BTW, I didn't think anyone was signaling me out, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't offending anyone, because I certainly don't mean to.

I didn't mean for you to feel singled out I wasn't meaning it towards you or anyone. Really I just get a little fustrated when someone makes a post on vendors and others have rude things to say. Its one thing to say stay away but if someone feels the need to go futher than that I think an FM is better. That way girls who did book with the vendor don't feel like they made a bad choice. I think everyone knows whats right for them. Everyone is entilted to there opinion. JMO

Re: Any LIMO Co's you would NOT use?
My experience with M&V limos in Smithtown was horrible. They were trying to over charge us, the cars we looked at that day were very dirty inside, cups all over the floor and missing hub caps. One car even had bullet shots on the windows and the guy told us that it happened in the city. The guy showing us the limos was very unprofessional and basically told us he didn't need the sale because he was getting paid regardless. I hope you girls have a better experience with them.

Re: Any LIMO Co's you would NOT use?
I do think we need to be respectful of brides feelings BUT we are here to give advice. If it is too late for some who are already working with a particular vendor - they should just use the info to try and prevent these problems for themselves.
In my opinion, we are here to support each other - not the vendors!!!
If a company sends a dirty limo - it is what it is. I'm sure brides will want to emphasize that the limo be cleaned and put it in writing prior to their wedding day (and also make sure the cars they get are new)
i appreciate the candid info. keep it coming.

I used M&V and they were GREAT. Kevin my driver was so helpful and accomodating. He went above & beyond his duties!

Re: Any LIMO Co's you would NOT use?
I was in a wedding a few weeks ago and they had a limo from M&V. The limo was fine, and the driver was early - arrived about 3:15 for a 3:45 pickup. The problem was, while we were taking pics at the church, he told the bride and groom they had til 6:10 then they'd go into overtime. The bride was stressing, they were contracted for 3:45-6:45 and one of the groomsmen had to go straighten it out. IMO, no one needs that kind of annoyance on their wedding day.
