Any recent Scotto Brothers brides?

We are getting married at Fox Hollow in just a few short days & I thought the suggested gratuity amount at Scotto Brothers places was 15%, but now they tell me 18%. I know it's not a huge deal but I was wondering what everyone else is doing since this is the 'suggested' amount. Thanks!

When I went to meet with Cecilia she told me that we could pay anything between 15-18%--it was up to us.

Oh and she also said that we can pay it beforehand or wait till the day of the wedding.

Thanks, Jenn! We actually hadn't discussed tips with FH until now, so were a little unsure. I think we are going to give the waitstaff tip at final payment, and then hand the maitre d & bridal asst tip to those individuals on that day. Seems easiest. Thanks!!
