Any Steven Curtis Chapman fans?

Sad news today.

Singers 5-year old daughter killed.

My mother is a huuuge fan and listens to 99.1 everyday so shes a huge Christian music fan. I just broke this news to her and she was in tears.

Its unbelievably sad, please keep this family in your prayers.

OMG!! When I was in youth group we listened to him all the time!!!

OH NO!!!!!! I love his song 'Dive.' I used to help run a youth group and was into Christian rock for a time, still listen to it sometimes on Sirius. I will be praying for him and his family.

On a similar note ... my cousin accidentally ran over and killed his daughter a few years ago ON FATHER'S DAY .... so I kinda have some insight into how this family is going to feel. It's terrible, absolutely horrible.

Yeah, it was terrible. I don't know how his marriage survived - not that I blame him one iota, but there had to be a lot of grief, of course, and knowing that one of the parents caused it? I cannot even imagine what they went through as a couple.
