thanks. I have been using the knot, but since they updated their guestlist manager, it hasn't been working right for me. I had RSVP's for my e-party of no response that I couldn't change - it was weird. I am thinking I need to use a new site

Ditto. my fiancee has mae a spreadsheet that we track all gifts, thank you's (for shower and engagegift) and all the addresses.

I have mine on theweddingChanel.com its pretty easy to use. You can also use LI weddings i believe, and weddingwire.com

I made an excel spreadsheet with colums like names, address, invite sent, yes, no, gift, mailed thank you card.

spreadsheets seem to be the most common. I might make one of those and then put it on google docs so i can access it anywhere
or i might try ourwedding.com or wedding wire! I will look into those tonight!
