Any suggestions for brunch in NYC?

In lieu of a 'bridal luncheon', I may just have a brunch for the girls that overnight in Manhattan for my bachelorette party. We're staying at the Roger Williams Hotel (31st & Madison)- any suggestions for a nice place, that's not too expensive, in that area? TIA

This isn't in that area but if you are willing to go downtown... I love brunch at Bubby's Pie Company. I am not sure if they take reservations though.

I have two suggestions, neither of which are near your hotel but both are amazing brunch spots.

Bubby's in Tribeca

and

Zoe in Soho

They're both divine

ETA: Bubby's doesn't take reservations, the line is usually out the door for brunch but it's well worth it!

My gals had my shower at Public. It was nice and unique.

There's this wonderful, inexpensive place right near there called Penelope (you can check out the brunch menu in the link). It's on 30th and Lexington, so a couple of avenues away. It's very cute and homey and I think it would be a great place for a brunch with your 'maids. FH and I just moved nearby and have been here a few times already.

I'm partial to Philip Marie (unlimited mimosas )
Hudson St. at West 11th St. I have been there tons of times with girlfriends.
