Kim- It turns out it's NOT included...my fault for not having it written in my contract. There was a contact named Frank who used to work there, and he told me it was, but he is no longer there for me to dispute it with. They are charging $300.00 for valet. So PLEASE learn a valuable lesson from me - READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! In this case it was my fault, not their's - even if it feels like something small or something assumed to be included - have them put it in writing.

Marnles- Thanks for the advice, I am going by there tonight to show my dad, i will let you know who much they tell me for Valet parking. I already know I will have to pay cause I asked if it was included but he said no and said its a option not included in package. if you have any others words of wisdom please pass on, I am going there this evening and will check mail before I go. Thanks Kim PS are you staying in hotel after reception and if so where (if you dont mind)

One more thing... Find out about the fireplace mantle in the reception room and whether or not THEY decorate it with flowers. I saw pictures and it was decorated beautifully at Christmas time, when we are getting married, and Frank (who is no longer there) said this is what THEY do. Again, now that I'm home at looking at my contract it doesn't actually say that, so I'm curious if they decorate it for every wedding. That will help save you so much money too - it really does need flowers. Just say that you saw the picture of it on the website with flowers (truth) and were wondering if that comes with the deal. Also ask if the candles on the small table in the cocktail hour room are included. Again, they said they were, but it's not in my contract. I can't think of anything else. I would appreciate it if you let me know...I have to tell you I feel like such an idiot right now, looking back and taking someone's word and not putting it in writing. The best of luck to you tonight!
