So sorry you have this added stress on you at this point in wedding planning.

I would just call around and get some pricing/availability from florists while keeping a log of emails/messages you'd made to Gina in case you need to get your money back if you decide to go with another florist. I would send her emails/texts etx clearly stating that if she does not communicate with you, you are taking it as a breach in contract and you will be taking your business elsewhere and expect a full refund.

Thanks! Yea I am trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because she has been very responsive prior to this and I felt very comfortable because she always seems to care. But yea I might just have to start on Plan B.

I don't understand how some girls have been contacted by her and others have not. It's so bizarre and it definitely raises some red flags.

I trulty truly hope that she pulls through for the brides. This has the potential to really hurt her business. As a business owner, it is HER responsibility to have an emergency plan in place God forbid these things happen.

This isn't looking good, and honestly, if I were booked with her and this was going on, I would absolutely book somewhere else. I'd be done giving her the benefit of the doubt.

Honestly, the damage is done. She should be calling people and trying to salvage what she can and make other arrangement while she's on the mend. But this is just blowing up in her face. It'll take a long time to recover.

This is really not right and I really feel bad for the girls booked with her. Girls, book somewhere else, do yourself the favor and stop stressing. If she truly wanted your business she could return a simple text or email, but clearly she has other things on her mind. And by that I mean, maybe she has to care for her daughter or herself and thats fine but don't lead girls on, either way it is obvious that she can not handle the work load.

Also, just want to add that we are all aware that things happen with vendors and we are compassionate with their situations, but it is up to the vendor to follow through. On my wedding day there was an incident with a vendor, I contacted the company after my HM and expressed my dissatification, well the owner was more then accommodating and gave me some money back. I didn't even have to ask and for this I could never even say something bad about them since they handled the situation very professional. Its a little thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE, you pay all this money and sometimes things get out of control, but the party involved needs to make it right and take responsibility.

Go see for yourself.. and talk to her.. and the good thing is then at least u have some time to plan another florist..

I have a feeling she has hundreds of emails, texts, messages.. everyone is in a state of panic.. even ppl getting married in a year from now....

I am very sympathetic to someone getting into an accident, but I also have my wedding in 3 weeks and I haven't heard from her. I have left messages and texts asking how she is doing and to find out info and nothing. I just want to know what is going on because if I never read that post how would I know she is hurt? I need to know if I have to scramble to find another florist. I'd rather her just call me back and let me know what to do. If she is unable to provide services due to her condition I understand, just let me know! I gave her a huge chunk of money too. A tragedy can always strike, but when you have a business you have to inform your customers of what is going on whether you can provide services or not. So if anyone hears from her, please FM me.
