i have ibs so many things kill my stomach, i need my breads to sooth my tummy when nothing else willdo but im dying to lose 5 pounds, any1 with ibs try atkins and was ok on it?
If you properly control your portion size, you should be able to eat (almost) anything you want, and still lose weight. This includes bread!

I have IBS and am on medication. Since on the meds, I eat things I couldn't before, but in the proper proportions.
