Anybody use Rabbi Ehrlich?

Just wondering..we're using him for our wedding which is in a little over a month. We met with him last week and really liked him..the problem is now all of a sudden he doesn't return my phone calls and I sent him an email with a very impt question and haven't heard back yet. Should I be worried? I also realized he never even wrote down our full names anywhere so how is supposed to say our vows?

We haven't given him any $ yet so I don't see why he would avoid me like in a scam kind of way..
