Re: Anybody with seasonal allergies?
I suffer all year.. (allergic to dust) but also gets really bad at Spring and Fall. Not so much the onset of Winter or Summer.
I live off my claritin and try to keep my face clean. I know that sounds stupid, but for me my sinus kills me. If I keep pollen, dust, other stuff away from my eyes, nose, mouth and basic face area, I'm better off.
Depending on whats in the air sometimes if I can get outside and get semi fresh air I feel better. I think it's because of my dust allergies which get aggrievated by my seasonal allergies. I can go out as long as there's sun, fresh air and very little trees, weeds and smelly flowers.
*shrug*
Mostly I just 'deal' with it.

I have seasonal allergies and found that for me, Allegra D works best.

I have pollen allergies, and it SUCKS. I use Zyrtec, it provides some relief for me. My eyes are probably the worst part, I need prescription drops already. But I use CleareyesAC, barely helps.

I used to use a combination of syrtec, allegra and astelin. Now I use Allegra and I take Qeurcetin Bromelian (an herbal remedy) and I'm feeling ok. Allregiues very bad this year!

Zyrtec makes me extra drowsy. I take Clartin D 12 only. But I was told I SHOULD be using flonase daily.
but to me.. flonase tastes like pollen!!!

Re: Anybody with seasonal allergies?
Flonase does taste horrible. That's why I only use it when I really need it. The Zyrtec knocks me out as well (why I only take it at night) but it is the only thing that really works for me. I tried Claritan (didn't work) and Allegra (bad side effects).

Zyrtec doesn't make me drowsy at all, even when I drink after I take it. I never thought about taking multiple ones at the same time.
Flonase does smell like flowers. I could never figure that out. As for breathing, I have Albuterol for when I have asthma due to pollen.
