Anybody's FH NOT going to wear a ring?

My FH actually put his ring on a couple of days ago and said ' I want to wear it now.' He wears more jewlery then I do. He is so metrosexual!!!

My FH is an electrician also and says it is a safety issue, hmmm. He suggested teh tatoo thing also

My FI has mentioned he is not a jewelry person either...so I told him you don't wear the ring, I don't change my last name....

You're asking me to change my identity but you won't wear a ring because its 'not you' Come on now....

Heidla, I'm so with you! My man wears more than I ever could. He's Latino and his diamond rings are even bigger than mine, god I wish he would get rid of them (or melt 'em down and make me something nice). =)) He could never give me the I don't like jewelery excuse! My Dad never wears his, except to weddings...but he loves my Mom to pieces nonetheless, but I'd be so hurt if FH said he didn't want to wear his.

the only jewelry my DH wore before we were married was a small silver cross that NEVER comes off....then he said he wanted a Titanium wedding band since it's not flashy or shiny. It was more 'him'...he wears it even to sleep...he'll take it off to shower (as do I) and to play softball (hands it to me and I wear it on my thumb).

I would be HEARTBROKEN if he said he'd never wear one...

Are you going to take his name? Does that signify importance to him? Tell him if he doesn't wear the ring then you won't take his name. It worked for my cousin because her Husband REALLY wanted her to take his name. Find out what's really important to him. Good Luck

What ? Tell him he'll get used to it !! - OR tell him YOU won't wear your. - i doubt he'll like the idea of his wife going out w/ the girls on Sat night w/o her wedding band on !!
If he can't wear it for work, that is of course understandable, but otherwise. - I don't see any reason not to wear it - JMO
