I would defin suggest looking at the pictures of the room online before you book anything

I stayed in a hotel one ngiht and the room was like the size of my bathroom!

London is my most favorite place to go!

I stayed at a hotel in Kensington (I think aptly called the Kensington Hotel). Our room was small, no AC either! but that was 3 years ago and I think the hotel was in the process of fixing that. regarding the small rooms, we probably went for the cheapest option, and they might have regular suites available.

The perk about this place is that it has its own health club and pool for only a few extra bucks, it is a few minute walk from the tube, and like one block from this good shopping area and some regular good restaurants. if this is the type of HM where you will be out doing stuff all day, this hotel might be great.

if you are really really splurging, and intend on spending lots of time in the hotel, try looking for other hotels in the Kensington section. About a 15 minute walk from ours was the very fancy looking hotel but I don't recall the name!

i stayed at the Melia White House and I have to say it was fantastic!

the people that work there are super nice the rooms are great...its right across from a tube station and you can walk to regents park (i believe that's the park its near )

I was there years ago and I LOVED my hotel. Now if only I could remember the name...
It's something like Metropolitan or Metro-something. I know, Im no help here. But LOndon was great! Definitly go to Picadily (sp?) Circus. Its like their version of TImes Square.
