anyone else avoiding the sun?

I'm seriously avoiding like the plague..

Wedding is 24 days away I don't want sun burns or to be extra dark..( I tan in no time) I wear SPF 55 on my face so I don't get that sunglass raccoon mask my fair skinned FH is notorious for those so I make him apply sunblock every morning

one of my BM's got a farmers tan and she's hoping it will be gone in 24 days

I cant wait for July 15th so I can be my true Leo self and bask in the sun!

I have more time than you, but I was actually threatened by my mother about tan lines! So I cover up big time with sunblock!

Me! Me! Me!

Once it gets warm, I usually spend more time outstide than inside. But this year, I've been avoiding spending too much time outside--I tan really easily--so that I won't get too dark. I wear sunscreen everyday (even in the Winter) and so far, so good.

I cannot wait to be able to just sit outside and go to the beach though without worrying about tan lines and stuff.

I wear 60 SPF daily - but that is because I am so pale I'm see-thru

me too!! i practically drowned in sunblock on sunday! i was terrified i'd get awful tan lines! i have a deeeeep scoop back dress so any tan lines are clearly visible!

I am for the first time in my life!! I was crying while slathering on 45 this weekend...I am a baby oil queen usually!! I love being tan so hiding from the sun is sooo depressing for me!!!

I am doing the opposite. It takes me forever to tan so Ive been trying to lay out in the sun every chance I get and even still i have only a slight tan, so going back to the beach this saturday!

I'm actualy hoping to get darker, just trying my darndest to avoid tan lines and watching closely to make sure my face doesn't get blotchy.
Have a ways to go (129 days) but want to keep some of the color.
I am pale, but do tan nicely.

Me, too!!

I've been avoiding the sun since I was a kid (I'm sooooooo fair skinned), but now I consider it my mortal enemy! I don't want ANY tan lines for my wedding - and I also look silly tanned.

I also have freckles, so I'll just have a billion more for the wedding if I stay in the sun too much.

Luckily, I hate the beach, don't have a pool, and work indoors!

I'm all about being pale I'm fair-skinned and freckly. I did my fair share of laying out in high school and some of college but I realize how bad it is for you. I really started avoiding the sun in the last 5 years. I work in the beauty business and get educated on the harmful effects...now I wear SPF 30 on my face all year long, even in the winter.

I wish I tanned....I only burn and turn a nice shade of red. I try to avoid the sun. Im in trouble for the HM I am gonna have to wear SPF 9000!!!!

ill show you why youre being super smart!!!!!! i went to the pool the other day and i was so light so i was like, oh i dont need any sunblock...i want color! well, stupid me. i didnt flip over once in 2 hours+. when i get in the sun i get so relaxed, im like half sleeping. i got up and ouch, i was all tingly! when i got home and looked in the mirror and look below for what i saw!!!

i have THE weirdest tan lines. on my face, only my nose and forehead are fried. on my chest, its not even in a v shape, instead I have a huge red stripe straight down my chest. the rest is pale freakin white. so my whole front is bright red with sporadic pale white and then my whole back of my body is pale white. I look heinous!!!!!!

mind you, i have my 1st fitting in one wk and i have a feeling my shower and bach party are a few days after. i cant go tanning yet bc im bright red burnt, so im not sure ill be able to even this out in time. awesome!!!!!!!

I am not a sun worshiper. I am rather fair skinned and am always being teased about being blindingly white or even corpse like. But hey I have learned to embrace my paleness. I swim late afternoon or at night and never have to worry about tan lines or a sun burn. And yes I was that kid on the beach under the umbrella with the sweatshirt and hat on

I am avoiding it because I don't want tan lines, but I will be going to the tanning salon to get some color before the wedding. I have good tanning skin and have freckles when I get tan, but I like them!!
