ANYONE ELSE FEEL OOOOOLLLLLLDDDD!!!!!

Why is it that Im ONLY 31 and if I stay up past 12:00 even on a weekend..im SHOT THE NEXT DAY!!!!

HOLY CRA*!!! I work out 5 days a week..I thought that would help my energy but NOPE!!!! I stay up past my bedtime... I want to DIE the next day!!!

WT*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How am I ever going to handle a baby when Im sleep deprived!!!! HOLY COW!!!!!

I'm only 24 and feel the same way.... When I was in HS I would go to sleep around 2-3 and wake up at 6:30 to go to school. Now I get 7-8 hours of sleep and I am still exhausted. I am usually in bed around 11:30-12

Oh yea, i used to go out all night long, dance, party etc and feel find the next day

If i did that now i think i would send my body into shock!

i'm 26 and FH is 30, if we drink we are completely immobilized the entire next day...remember college? we'd drink all night, wake up and start again...no problems!!! so sad!

Oh yeah...I am 34 and fh & I are in bed by 10 or 11 at the latest during the week. We used to go out all of the time but now we are simply too tired. As for when we become parents...my girlfriends with children say ..you just do it.

I had 1 drink last night and I felt woozy. I woke up this morning and everything felt heavy.

Being 32 is not like being 23 But I must say even though I need my sleep and can't handle my drinks....32 is a much better age

I always say the same thing about a baby...I'm 33 and need my sleep of I'm a super cranky biotch!! The worst thing for me about getting older is that I need more sleep, but have so much trouble sleeping through the night now...I wake up all the time!

I really feel like a grandamother.. Im soo happy to see that Im not the only one!! HOLY COW!! i was getting worried!!!!

I wake up at least once in the middle of the night....like an old lady..I should wear depends to bed so I don't have to get up!!!

YESSS i am 32 and I feel ancient! I use to be able to stay up all night, now I am like it's 10:00 I should be in bed!

omg, its so sad. I am 30 and FH is 32 and at like11 on a friday we are like lets go to bed. IT takes me like 3 days to get over 1 night of drinking.

If I drink it takes me like 3 days to recover! I am in bed by 10:30 or 11:00 every night, otherwise I'm not good. Getting old *****!

I am 30, 31 in a few weeks and am in bed usually by 10 every night except the weekends. Although last weekend FH was away and I was out a few nights and was still home by 11, I was tired

FH drank A LOT last weekend at a friend's bday weekend thing in VT and mon, tues and a bit of wed he was wrecked. He will be 30 in Nov. He was like, 'Damn I am getting old.' Finally caught up with him.
