Last night I was asked for ID to buy lotto tickets. A few months ago, I was asked for ID for an R-rated movie.
Last year, I worked in a high school. I was asked for my hall pass.
Sometimes people make me feel like I'm 16. Once is enough!!

I usually have the opposite problem...I'm 21 and barely EVER get ID'ed . I did however get ID'ed at a bar last night though! (probably the 5th time its ever happened...I don't think I look THAT old! c'mon people)

I get carded allllllllll the time when we go out for drinks, especiallyyyyyyyyyy Chillis.....meanwhile, I am there all the time, you would think they know me by now!!!

Yup, I still get asked for ID. And usually am mistaken for about 5 years younger then I am. I'm told I have a baby face.

'09 crasher I get carded all the time. I am 32 but I am told I have a baby face and I look like I am 16.

YES!!! I will be 30 in December and I still get proofed!!! I crack up when they ask for id when I am buying scratch offs!!!! I mean come on, you have to be 18 to buy lotto I hope I look at least 18!!!!

Unfortunately yes!!
The worst was when I was in Italy last summer where the drinking age is 16 I believe and I was carded!! Meanwhile my sister who is 4 years younger than me was not. I was very offended!
I guess it will make us feel better when we are older but for now it stinks!

I'm 34. This past weekend I was in the City with my mom. We stopped at Jekyll & Hyde and ordered a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. The bartender proofed me because he thought I was 19. I was dying laughing!

Yes, all of the time!
I am 25 and have gotten my id checked the past two summers at the movies.
I too have to show my id for lotto tickets.
I also got asked for a hall pass when I was substitute teaching.
I especially hate it when I go on interviews and they think I am younger, so I always put my glasses on to make myself look older haha!

Funny that you post this. Granted I'm fairly new at my job but the same friggin security gaurd has stopped me three times. Today I was pissed & finally said this is your third time stopping me I work here, and I'm not a student. At 28 I should be use to it, since it's been the story of my life but it annoys me when its a constant thing.
