I am sooo disgusted right about now. I cannot get in touch with them because the 877/800 numbers are all out as a result of the WTC tragedy. My wedding is in 46 days and tonight I sat down to get a jump on some things ,namely putting together some favors. I ordered several things from them quite some time ago. I dont know the date or where my sales slip is located. I ordered, among other things, 150 undecorated bubbles and bells each and a spool of personalized ribbon. I was intending to use the ribbon to decorate the bubbles and or the bells but HELLO they dont reach around either...as a matter of fact the NAME and DATE part of the ribbon are sooo close to each other that the ribbon can't be tied around anything. I emailed them requesting a refund ARRGGGHHHH!!!!

In the mean time
order new ribbons from a local place and bring the items with you. I am so sorry to hear about this. Oh, you can also use a glue gun and glue the ribbons to the front of each item. The items will still look really nice done that way.

Jenny-first of all, take a deep breathe. I am sure you're annoyed that you have been inconvienced but do you realize why the phones are out? Think about that for a second and maybe you will put things in perspective.
