anyone else have this stomach bug?

I woke up this morning with a stomachache....and have spent the entire day in the bathroom for various reasons.....

i just spoke to my mother and my father has something too.....stomach cramping, diarreah, vomiting and dizziness......same symptoms I have.....

Is there something going around?
Will I be able to go to school tomorrow? I have no sub plans prepared...it's only the 3rd day!

At least I get a little relief after I throw up.....sorry if TMI......

Just wondering who else out there is suffering....

Try to settle your stomach..

Possibly some Pepto and maybe a litte ginger ale.. not together of course.. LOL

i think i've tried about everything at this point...

had pepto this morning....nothing

then i had orange juice for the dizziness...nothing

then i tried some tea...made me throw up

tried ginger ale....no help either

also tried anti-nausea medicine......doesn't smell so good coming back up

maybe it'll just be a 24 hour thing......

My husband and I BOTH had it ON VACATION! We got it our 2nd day in Vegas (we were in California first, so at least our whole trip was not ruined)....

We got back yesterday. Today is the first day we are both feeling somewhat normal. We've been sick to varying degrees since Wednesday!

I didn't think I was going to be able to get on the plane because I was so sick! And of course, the woman next to me on the plane had to bring on the STINKEST lunch! It was a miracle I didn't throw up!

Feel better Unfortunately, there's little to relieve the symptoms. Tea helped me a little, but made my husband throw up.

Try to sleep! We slept for 13 hours last night. REALLY helped!

I've had it too! Since Friday actually. I am finally starting to feel better! Thank goodness because tomorrow is my 3rd day of work also and I couldn't have missed it! I hope you feel better!!

now when I think on it, my stomach has been bothering me for the last few days, it hasnt been as bad as yours but still quite uncomfortable feel better

update.....

i was still woozy this morning - almost didn't make it through my shower....that would have been interesting!

but as the day went on, i grew somewhat stronger.....i'm still not feeling great though.....so those of you out there who feel this coming on...beware....it's a tough one!!

DID YOU NOT READ WHY I WASN'T AT THE GTG???

How quickly you forget me!

Take it easy on eating and trying to do too much. It took me about 4 days to start to feel remotely normal and then another few after that to eat normally. So sorry you got stuck with the bug that's going around. I told you it was a doozy.

And at least DH will know that it wasn't just us that got screwed by it.

Aaw, Lori .. you're such a trooper going into school feeling that way. Feel better! Get lots of rest, and try to drink lots of liquid.
