Just wondering...we are only having a MOH (my sis) and BM (FH's Bro).
I did this more for simplicity, and of course, political BS. AND $$. Just would rather not deal with drama, which unfortunately, I have certain family members that love to create it.
Some days I am confident about my decision, other days I get upset. (If we ask one, we have to ask this one, you know how it goes)

We're having a very small one. MOH = my sister BM = my best friend (since we were kids - like, 4 and 5 years old)
That's it. All people that we can count on 10000000000000%, and no one that we can't.
Mostly for simplicity and keeping things drama-free.

im having a MOH and Best man for the exact same reasons. we are going to add a flower girl and her big sister as Jr BM but they're 9 and 1 so how much drama can they really cause lol

i honestly didn't want a bridal party at all but I am having a BP because FH wanted one.
i think it adds to the stress (and expense). especially when certain people ask why they're not in it (or why their baby's aren't in it).

my parents told us to have just a MOH & Best Man. but we didn't listen. the guys have not been one ounce of trouble. they keep their mouths shut & ask a couple of valid questions. But these BMs have been a different story. they cause me so much stress.

to each their own... you do whatever you want to do... we have a super large bp... i wouldnt have it any other way... but my sister Lisa only had a MOH and BM...

u know that I dont. just have my brother as my BM and FH has a BM his brother, if his brother cant fly in I guess his friend
the only time I feel kinda sad about this decision is when everybody on here are talking about their BP organizing their showers and b-parties and I have no one to do it for me.
tho I am pretty lucky that FH is organizing my shower. well thats what he says hehe
but that is the only thing that makes me sad, other than that its one of the best decisions I made for myself

same here. I have no siblings and neither does FH. Most of our close friends are older,married and FH may consider asking his dad to be Best Man if his friend is out of state that day..

i have moh, one bm, and fg and fh has bm and one gm...so five people total. we weren't gonna originally have the bm/gms but in the end we decided to add them.
