anyone else watching OPRAH?!

i usually don't watch oprah but the show on right now is crazy!! i am assuming it is today's show and not a repeat...

apparently the book o.j. simpson wrote entitled 'if I DID IT' is being PUBLISHED...but guess who is publishing it?!?!

THE GOLDMAN FAMILY!!!!!!

why after brutally murdered their son/brother would they publish this book?! they are on the show right now explaining their reasons but it sounds like it's mostly for money.

oprah actually said she is in no way promoting the book, and she also stated she is only having them on the show b/c she had already promised them she would...but she made it clear she wished she wasn't doing this show!!

it's kind of crazy, anyone else watching??

I just saw the preview on Oprah.com......

yeah i think it might be a repeat im not 100% sure but i thought i heard about this a while ago

It is a new episode...she promised to have them on the show to TALK about the book BEFORE she knew the Goldmans were publishing it.

I love Oprah...she's to the point, real and never fake.

i guess i confused it with the other interviews OJ did, like the one he went on LIVE tv and answered ppl's questions that were calling in, uhmmm yeah great idea OJ what a surprise it didnt go well

It wasn't out..... well, it was almost released, and then got pulled immediately. A friend of FH's somehow got a copy, and sent it to FH as a PDF, FH printed it out, and I read it.

It was weird, because there were a lot of spelling errors.

Otherwise, it really wasn't too bad...... but, you're also talking to someone who watches gross autopsy shows, and isn't bothered.

A lot of the book focused on his relationship with her, that was most of the book, really. He didn't get into those events until very late in the book.


ETA: But, I think his exact words were something like, 'If it were to happen, this is how it did.' Something like that......

ETA2: I just noticed you asked what made me want to read it.... I think, well, just because it was there..... I wanted to see EXACTLY what he said, know what I mean?

i do know what you mean...actually i am kind of curious to read it too for the same reason...but i don't think i'll actually do it...it's so twisted that a book like that could be published and actually i don't think i have the stomache to read it!

one word.... MONEY

everyone wants a piece! how pathetic!

i know ppl are curious to read the book but lets not support it by giving money to these ppl

amanda i read you got the copy from a friend so i know you didnt buy it lol
