Re: anyone ever try billy banks videos?

I did his original Tae Bo tapes when they first came out and they were good! I just got bored because I was always doing them!

Re: anyone ever try billy banks videos?

LOVE them - I ordered the basic and advanced tape around the holidays and I think they are great

The advanced is really challenging I though - but I love working through it.

Its great how it tones your mid section, with out all the crunches. You do it by kicking.

The only annoying thing is that sometimes his counts are mixed up, and there are a ton of people in the background that are distracting... especially one really toned lady who keeps yelling.

Re: anyone ever try billy banks videos?

Do you need a lot of room to do the Abs one? I was going to order them, but live in an apt so I don't have room for kicking. Does the Abs involve kicking?

TIA

Re: anyone ever try billy banks videos?

I used to do the Tae Bo ones when they 1st came out- I loved them. I liked doing the advanced- the beginners one didn't seem like it was doing enough but it explained the moves better and went through everything slower.

yes you do need a bit of room - but I work out in a rather small space. I think he tries to drive home the idea about form and controlled movement, so if you are careful, even in a small space you should be fine.

Thanks. One of my co-workers also said I should be okay, so I am thinking of ordering them.
