I haven't used the new Fanny lifter system. But the older ones on tapes is great!! Really good workouts that are easy to follow.

yep - i bought them about six months before the wedding - so about last may. it has the fanny lifter and 3 tapes. all you need to buy are 3 sets of dumbbells. they are like chinese water torture in the beginning, but if you stick to it, it DEFINITELY works. it's just like everything else in the world - you have to stick to it!

Thanks for the info. The only thing is that it says it takes 4-6 weeks for s/h. I only have 3 1/2 months to the wedding. I want to form and tone. I have 10lbs to go to reach my goal.

Mine came pretty quickly, it didn't take the 4-6 weeks they said.

if you go to the as seen on tv store in the source mall i believe they have the firm there!!

i use it, it's great! :O)

yea they are great and they have them in most sporting good stores now. as well as those standees in the mall.

Thanks everyone. Do you think I am better off joining a gym or buying the firm? I am afraid that even if I buy it, I might get lazy and not do it.
