I just bought it yesterday at Target. It sounds really fun and like something I could stick to. It was $40 but it comes with 5 different workouts so you can do a different one everyday, a workout ball and a diet plan. Just wondering if anyone has had success or complete failure with this workout.

I'll definitely keep you posted. It has a 7 day jump start program where you eat a very restricted diet and do a different workout everyday for a week and you're supposed to lose up to 7 pounds. I'm starting today so I'll let you know at the end of the week how it went.
