Anyone get proofs that don't have writing across them?

I see that some of your proofs have writing across them, whether it is the name of the studio or the word 'proof.' Are there any studios that will give you your proofs without anything written across them? Or is that standard practice? I don't know much about professional photography.

Ours don't have writing...Silverfox gives you the proofs and negatives...as part of the deal

our's have no writing....
and we make copies of them all the time from our printer.
it makes great quality prints

My proofs from North Island Photography did not have anything on them, they were actual photos. I made up 2 albums of just my proofs.

same here ( same place) Writing on proofs is less common recently.

Nope our proofs did not have any writing on them, we used Proline

natasha staszak offers two CD-roms; one that has low resolution images (not good for printing photos, has writing on the pictures, and which is meant only to view all the photos from) and another CD that contains high resolution images with no writing on the pictures, which is meant to reprint photos from.

you have to buy rights to the pictures to be able to reprint them legally.
