Anyone good with computers?

Ok, well I suppose this is wedding related... I am trying to make the inserts for my picture frame placecards. I have a template already on excel, but my problem is that the size of the cards that come out is too big. I need them to be 2 inches high and 3 inches wide. I can't seem to resize them. I am horrible with computers. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Send me the file and explain what the paper you are putting in the printer actually looks like (size wise). I can see what I can do.
