Anyone had/have Gorgeous Faces for makeup and someone else coming over for hair?

Who is coming over for hair? I want to book her for makeup for sure, but the hair prices are a little too much for my BM's. Any suggestions?

I KNOW!!!! I'm having the same dilemma.. I loved the way sarah (jillians friend) did my hair, but she is so much $$$.. I don't know what to do either... It's almost made me not want to book Jillian, because I feel bad, I really liked sara, but my girls can't pay $90 for a blow out

Ditto that. I def want my makeup done by Jillian, but there is no way my girls will pay that much for an updo. I'm going to see if maybe I can get someone else to come over and do our hair day of. But who is the question now...

Ok, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to go with
TARALE for hair, I have an appointment with Jacqueline nicole for make up trial, because I feel bad, having Jillian and not sarah, and jacqueline nicoles make up looks gorgeous too... This is HARD!!

that's not too bad, I don't think we'll get any better than that.. she does a minimum of 3 updos, including bride, and I was thinking maybe splitting the charge with my moh and one of my BM????

I had the same problem. I booked Jillian and Sarah together. Then after discussing it, it was too much to ask everyone to pay for their hair. So I'm using Jenn, The Hair Genie who had done two great trials with me and is sooo sweet. Her prices are just right and I believe it says on her website that if you book her before 12/31/04, you'll get the 2004 prices as a 2005 bride.

I didn't like my original hair/makeup girls so I decided to call Jillian and Sarah 2 months before my wedding - I loved my trials and decided since it was only 2 months before the wedding the $ didn't matter (you know the saying I'm sure you've said it 100 times 'What's an extra $XX?? ) Most of my BMs went elsewhere for hair, but for the ones that did get their hair and/or makeup done the day of the wedding, I threw in some $ so they wouldn't be paying so much

I used Jillian and Sara for hair and make-up for me on my wedding. My bridesmaids got their hair done at their regular hair salons, most of them paid about $50. I had a friend who does make-up at Ulta do their make-up for free
My MOH was the only one who had her hair done by Sara. She does a great job but bridesmaids shouldnt have to pay that much for hair IMO.

I agree. My only thing is should they have their makeup done at my mom's house, and then after that go get their hair done? Because she can come from 8 to 11 am and my church starts at 2:30.

I totally agree. I think asking a BM to dish out 80+ bucks on hair is insane. I booked Denise Venti for my hair, my MOH, and both mothers, but I need to look into someone else for my BM's.

I also feel the same way. When I asked how much is the hair trial, she said $70 (for a trial). I haven't have the trial yet but money is tight. I'm reconsidering about the hair thing
