Anyone have a good nutritionist they can reccomend?
Hi girls, I am looking for a good nuritionist, or someone who can help me with my unexpected weight gain...
My diet hasnt changed and neither has my exersise routine...so its become a worry since my family has past issues with thyroid problems...
Cant find anyone I can trust..so I thought I'd come to you girls! Thanks!

If you suspect a thyroid problem you should get a blood test to rule that out first.

i'd go to an endocrinologist. I went through the same thing last Spring and an endo ran a very thorough blood panel and found out what the problem was.

My doctor is on vacation for the next three weeks- away in greece and I don't like his 'fill in'
I was thinking the blood test would be my best bet however he tends to 'wait' until my doctor gets back thats why I figured I should find someone else.
