Yep - I love them!!! They are nice, thorough, reasonable and can come on short notice!

Although the last time they did the wood floors they were so polished I slipped on them for 4 days

I used the company that Christine recommended and they were pretty terrible. (sorry christine...maybe it was just the people they send to brooklyn or maybe it was just an off night? Im sure you had a much different experience with them.). It cost me about $120 for 2 people to walk very slowly throughout my house for a few hours. I only wanted them to clean the kitchen, bathroom and polish my floors. They did not do the things that I specifically asked them to do (like dust the blinds, clean the floor) but spent loads of time on areas that were already clean.

I would love to try another company if anyone can recommend someone?

Oh I feel awful Stef! I wouldn't have recommended them if they sucked I'm really sorry you had a bad experience.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience Stef...we had a great one with them...I forget the head woman's name, but she was there at our place- so maybe that made everyone work well...

I actually felt like the seinfeld episode when I saw they cleaned my laudry detergent bottle...

Oh Christine - dont be silly! You had a great experience with them..so pls dont feel bad. Maybe they just had a bad day or they dont work as hard for new people? who knows..not you fault at all!

Erica: The head woman was here .. thats what I thought was so strange. I figured she would work extra hard since I told her I wanted her to come on a regular basis if this went well..so she said she alwasy comes on the first job to make sure things go well. I was there the whole time and they were working like snails and I just couldnt get over it. Granted, Im not used to having people clean my house but I would expect them to at least do the things I specifically asked!

Anyway - I might just be the odd man out on this company. Ive only used them once so I cant say for sure how they are all the time.
