Anyone have any sites on decor for a kitchen?

Marcella - I like yellow too!!!! but maybe I am biased because my kitchen is yellow - a pale yellow though with green accessories (not much though..yet). It is all from the previous owner. The walls are pale yellow, the curtains a green as well as the legs of the table and chairs. I am thinking of keeping the color scheme and adding either an olive or wine theme to it.

I also did one of my bedrooms (guest bedrom that we are using as our bedroom until we re-do our master and buy a real furniture set) - in a bright Ikea yellow. I like it a lot. We were thinking of doing two walls the bright yellow and 2 a pale yellow but as soon as we started painting the bright yellow we loved it - so vibrant. So we did all 4 walls bright yellow and than I sponged over one wall (behind the bed) with a pale yellow - I use blue as my accessories - maybe something like that for your kitchen?

We'd love to redo it - everyone's ideas are so great.

The only thing we did do it take the nasty wallpaper down only to find wood paneling underneath which had to come down also. We then painted it Benjamin Moore's bleeker beige and bought some fun pictures of the funny chefs that you see in Depot Expo and Target. We then got new stools for underneath the countertops. It looks better but the almond cabinets kill me.

Also, we are getting our puppy in a few weeks so we didn't want to invest too much money in it.

When I'm ready to redo Niecey and Marcella need to come over and decorate for me :)
