Anyone have hair quotes?

I have a trial scheduled with Jillian Kristine which I am very excited about (mostly because of her prices, which are the cheapest I have seen so far).

I do want to make one other hair trial though, just for comparison. Can anyone FM me their hair quotes for people who will travel to my home in the Floral Park area? I have 7 BMs, 1 MOH, and my mom and FMIL. So I'm looking for someone who will be working with one or two other hairstylists that day at my home.

I still have 10 months to go, but I have a wedding to attend in September and another in October, so I am going to schedule trials on both of those days

I had a trial with Jillian. Just so you're aware, she discourages doing trials before special events, because the purpose IS to *try* different options. Your hair might not look picture perfect after a trial because you attempted one or two other looks first.

This is even more important if you're doing make-up with her. She said she's had brides leave with one gold eye and one purple eye because they weren't sure which they liked better.

Yeah she told me the same- For her, I am going before a bridal shower but just for hair. And i'm doing a simple style anyway, so after the trial I am going to just have her take the pins out and everything and just leave my hair curled

Jill was the assistant to my hairdresser, Dusti, from Fire Monkey Hair Design on my wedding day. She was fabulous. They use each other as their assistants, so you will probably have Dusti too. You won't be disappointed my hair and all my girls hair looked AMAZING!!!

Don't count on both Dusti and Jill. I inquired about who Dusti's assistant would be and she said Jill is starting to book more clients on her own. She came with Gina. Gina was great and everyone's hair looked great.

Dusti charged me a $50 travel fee. I think it has to be within 40 miles of her home for no fee.
