Anyone have too many YES RSVP's???

So far everyone is saying yes! I need some no's!!!!!!!!!

Me too! My mom asked me to invite a couple that I haven't seen in 20 years, and she swore they wouldn't come. Guess what? They RSVPed 'yes'!!

people who FH and I thought for sure wouldn't come already booked their flights. so you just never know!!

I keep getting yeses and I want nos! We invited the max number the room holds, but I don't want it to be crowded! My mother is driving me crazy because she wants to invite someone new for the 5 no's we have received! I told her no way!

I know what you mean.... Our room holds 280 max and we invited 317!

i though i was going to have that problem - and i wanted as i could go and i could and i got it- i ended up 250 invited and 190 coming- so people said yes early on - the nos came late or not at all - but not all the non replays were nos

That's good to know - we invited 245. Ideally I would love 170-185, but I think it will be more like 190-210. I just don't want the room to be too crowded

I have had more Yes Rsvps then I expected. i am hoping the last few are all Nos. I actually would have liked less yes RSVP's.

We kind of do...we are 5 short of the max that the room holds ...Hopefully it isn't too tight!

This is the beauity of paying and planning your own wedding. I can tell my parents and FILs NO, when it comes to inviting people we don't want.

we had alot of yes in the beginnining I thought that everyone would come. but toward the end we got hit big time with the no's

We are paying for our wedding as well, but this couple was the only people my mom asked us to specifically invite. Since it was just 2 people, I had not problem accomodating her.
