Hi ..I was thinking of having a catholic priest and my pastor at our ceremony...FH is catholic and I'm protestant. i thought it would be nice to include both so that both sides of the family are happy. Technically, I am part of the catholic faith even though I'm Lutheran. Anyone else do something like this? Or how do you approach interfaith marriages?
hello my fellow 2011er. I have been thinking about this lately too. I am pencostal and my FH is catholic. Our problem is out ceremony is only 1/2hr. I'm not sure if we can fit both officiants in to the short period of time. It would be nice to honor both faiths and make both sides of the family happy but it becomes long and complicated.
