Anyone having any Diet Success??

Original post by anamaree77

I've been dieting like crazy and I think it's starting to pay off! I pulled out a pair of pants I haven't worn to work in a long time and they're soooo loose on me today. It stinks to not be able to eat all my favorite yummy foods but this makes it worth it! Anyone else feel the need to pat themself on the back????

Congrats to everyone!!!

I've lost 22lbs. since last March. I'm on Weight Watchers (core) and also have been consitent with the gym (3-5 times per week). Feels great & glad I was able to do this....

I was having diet success. As soon as i hit 58 lbs down and had my lung biopsy i cant lose another pound. I tried south beach lost 12 lbs in a month and then the second i went to phase two i put the 12 back on plus an additional 4. Now im doing weight watchers again and working out 5 days a week. I've lost inches but not an ounce. My personal trainer is determined to change that lol

Since New Years I have lost 45 pounds. ( I was WAYYYYYY over weight) I never thought that I could lose as much as I have....I still want to lose a bit more and tone up but my friends and family can't get over how much weight I have lost....I can't wait for EVERYONE to see me at my wedding.

On a down note, I can't believe how some people I am close to have not even mentioned my weight loss and how others have made snide comments hinting that I must be doing something unhealthy. (I eat mostly veggies now, and do at least 4 hours of cardio a week, plus weights, basically just working my butt off) Why can't they just be happy that I am healthy now

WOW THAT IS AMAZING AND CONGRATS!

I cannot believe some people havent commented....thats a big odd and I would be hurt too.

I go to Curves and work out about 3 days a week. I try to eat consciously rather than just eating chips in front of the TV or grabbing fast food.

I had the hardest time losing weight before the wedding, but have lost 12 pounds since the wedding

Lost 15 pounds on WW since mid March. I jog and follow the plan. I also allow myself a cheat day once a week (usually Sat.,).

Not me, but 3 people close to me are doing AWESOME.

FH just lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks on nutrasystem.

My BFF just literally dropped from a size 16 to a size 2 on weight watchers.

Other BFF got diagnosed w/PCOS and finally got on the right meds and dropped 30 lbs without doing ANYTHING besides taking her meds.
