The Mansion at Timber Point? anyone having their wedding or been to one there?

I'm getting married there, too. I didn't know too much about it before I booked, but everytime someone asks where I'm getting married and I tell them Timber Point they have nothing but good things to say ( and i really don't think they are just saying good things because they know I already booked there!) If you want more details, feel free to ask!!

I have been to a few events there. The food is great and the prices are ok. I personally did not like to room for my family. We were looking for a bigger dance floor and also I had all my High School Orchestra Banquets there so, for me it didnt feel like my wedding location.

But I love the Lessing (owners) and they do a GREAT job.

I'm a Timber Point bride!!! i don't have anything good or bad to say, aside from the fact that i love it for our wedding. but i wanted to poke my nose in and post something. lol

I think its great for smaller more intimate weddings. I've heard a LOT of raves about it however we didn't really care for it. I thought it was a little too small (even though we're having a smallish wedding.
