Anyone interested in an apt in NYC?

I have to break my lease and am looking for someone who would be interested in renting my apt so that I can tell the managing agent I have a ready willing and able interested tenant to rent so I won't be penalized for leaving because I am getting married.

It is on 39th street in NYC between 1st and second and has a doorman. It is a one bedroom with a terrace. The rent is 2300 and there can be shares so the person can bring a roommate or more. Let me know and I will get you any information you need. Thanks
