Anyone live in Rocky Point?

Is there a Rocky Point Train Station? What line is it on? and do you know how long the commute is to Penn?

Port Jeff is the end of the line. Its about a 2 hr commute to Penn Station from there. I live in Port Jeff and had to commute a few times to the city.

I live South of Rocky Point (in Middle Island) and I drive to Ronkonkoma train station...it's the only east end train station that has express trains and trains that run frequently...

If you take the Port Jeff train be prepared to have long travel times and few trains.

i'm a port jeff girl too....its 2 hours...the other option is to go to ronkonkoma which saves you a 1/2 hr on the train but then is a drive still so its about equal in the long run!!
