Anyone looking in Medford ($329k)...

DH is devastated bc my ILs are selling the house he grew up in Medford.
I figured I'd post it in case anyone is looking in that area or price range. Its 4 BR, really well taken care of, and has a huge yard (thats what we'll miss most).

I thought that this house had bids on it, i asked about that house and that was what I was told. I would be intersted in it. Could you describe the layout of the house?

you might be right. when was this? they thought they had a buyer at one point but it just fell through (after a month of waiting - for nothing!).

when you walk in kitchen's on the right, then is the living room with stairs on the left with 2 BRs downstairs, 2 upstairs.

It was a couple of weeks ago, Thanks for the info I am going to give it to our agent to look at this weekend. Do you know if they are in a rush to move, because we have to sell our house still.

we are not looking to buy but wow what a great price! It looks really nice, its sad but is there a reason its so inexpensive (compared to the crazy house prices these days)? what is the medford area like? good luck w/ it!

Medford is pretty far out east, the prices are not like Nassau and you get alot of house for the money compared to Nassau.

they'd really like to move as soon as possible but i wouldnt say theres a rush.
if your agent says that the house is taken or anything, FM me and i'll get the real story...

Medford is pretty far out east, the prices are not like Nassau and you get alot of house for the money compared to Nassau.

that suffolk county is cheaper than nassau

Wow that is a beautiful house. Not an area that I was looking for, but for that price you really can't go wrong. Although we prefer Suffolk, that is just a little too far east!
