Definitely going to miss living in a parent-owned home. they don't go crazy if the rent is late.

Where in FL? We have friends and family is the West Palm area and are looking to move around that area. DH should be able to find a job rather quickly thanks to our friends, I'm just worried about me finding one. Hoping to save up at least 10,000 before we move just to be safe. Figure we'll rent a house for 3 years then look to buy once we know the area we want to settle into. DH wants to do an apartment but don't think it would be fair to our dog....she loves hanging out in the yard.

We bought a condo last year in West Palm Beach. FH has a great job already, it's just up to me to find one. I started looking already.

Our friends live in Pompano Beach and won't allow us to move anywhere else lol. They've been searching for rentals for us, not that it matters now. That's great you are all set up down there. Heard it's hard to get a job down there unless you live down there. It's great you can use the address down there to apply. It's nerve wracking to leave everyone but totally excited at the same time.
