If so, How are you displaying them? Are you putting them where the number would go or are you putting them in frames?? TIA
Im thinking of naming the tables after all the places FI and I have been, where we met, proposed etc. I have 20 so far I think i need 2 more though..

Yup, I'm from NY and he's from Boston. It's a huge part of who were are as people and everyone knows we are big red sox/yanks fans. Plus we both went to college in Boston and now live in NY.
We are doing street names from each of the cities (Broadway, Commonwealth Ave, Park Ave, Newbury St., etc)
We'll buy frames and I may decoupage them with words or pictures from each city

OUr theme is butterflies, so each table is named after them.... I printed the names out and have pewter butterfly holders to put them in on the tables.

yea, we are naming each table after a beach. we fell in love on a beach and got engaged on a beach. our first apartment was on a beach. so every table will be a beach

Since we both love to eat I think we're gonna name the tables after the restaurants that we like to frequent. Either that or, we both play on a co-ed softball team, so maybe the different field positions.
I'll prob just put them where the #s usually go.

i am not sure as how to display them just yet, i was thinking about either buying seashell frame,s or buying plain frames and glue seashells all around the border of the frames. one thing on the list of a million to decide...lol

I think that the restaurants is a good one-but I also was thinking of names of different trees. I haven't decided. I love table names-it personalizes the couple.

We too are a NY and Boston couple and were thinking of doing either baseball parks as names, or players from the Sox and Mets.. I work in advertising, so we're making our own and doing it at work with pictures.

We did quotes. We named the table after the author and had the name and quote in frames at each one.

We are doing a seashell theme and decided to name each table after a seashell. I found these white shadow box frames that have seashells arounf the edges in the box. We are just going to print out each table name and put it in the frame for each table.

Yes and my hall uses frames for table numbers, so I am going to ask them if they will put the names in the frames. If not, I plan on buying just the clear acrylic frames for them.

I'm thinking about naming them after movies. Everyone who knows us knows that FH is an AVID collector of DVD. I'm going to put the name of the movie and under it will be somthing about us, for example I may name my parents table: Meet the Parents and under it will be This is Rai's favorite movie, she was couldn't wait until the second one was released.
The head table might be: Love and Basketball Actually, this is FH's favorite movie and he loves Basketball.
No idea about how I'm going to display it..
